Stacey is an editorial and commercial photographer who has focused on food photography since moving to Maine from Washington, D.C. over a decade ago. She has provided images for eight cookbooks, including Secret Sauces (Kyle Books), Berries (Gibbs Smith), Real Maine Food (Rizzoli), Plant Food (Gibbs Smith) and The Apple Cookbook, 3rd Edition (Storey Publishing). Other clients include The New York Times, Taproot and Johnny's Selected Seeds. She lives with her adventuresome dog, peculiar cat and silly husband in South Portland, Maine, where she can be found berating pests in her vegetable garden, foraging for wild edibles and mercilessly adapting recipes to fit her moods. Creative Direction, Design, Illustration

As owner and principal of Jennifer Muller Design, Jennifer has designed the cookbooks Secret Sauces, Mad Hungry: How to Feed Men & Boys, The Whole Hog Cookbook, Mast Brothers Chocolate: A Family Cookbook, Sourdough, Sweet & Vicious, The Real Food Cookbook, HeartlandiaThe Food of Taiwan and Real Maine Food. She has worked with Rizzoli, Little Brown and Co., Bloomsbury, Artisan, Workman, Chronicle, Houghton Mifflin and Roost. Her work has won awards from Communication Arts, Graphis, The Society of Publication Designers and The Type Directors Club. The New York Times called The Whole Hog Cookbook “aggressively pretty.” Epicurious named two titles she designed to “The Best Cookbooks of 2013” list. A Brooklyn transplant, she loves walking in the Maine woods with her dog, cooking for friends and spending time with her sweet son.

Vanessa Seder
Food and Prop Stylist, Recipe Developer

Vanessa Seder is a chef, food stylist, recipe developer, teacher and author. A graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, she has written two cookbooks: Secret Sauces (Kyle Books, 2017) and Eat Cool (Rizzoli, 2020). She has developed recipes for Ladies Home JournalReal SimpleAll You, Health, Cooking Light and Hannaford’s Fresh. Previously an associate food editor at Ladies Home Journal, she has also worked as a food stylist for television, video and editorial, including the books Real Maine Food (Rizzoli), The Apple Cookbook, 3rd Edition (Storey Publishing) and Berries (Gibbs Smith), as well as for national brands such as Perdue chicken, Barney Butter and Coleman’s mustard. She is a regular culinary instructor at the Stonewall Kitchen Headquarters in York, Maine.
